How we fight hunger

North Bridge Foundation

Our Story

Established in March 2020, North Bridge Foundation is one of the leading anti-hunger organizations in the state of New Jersey.

Providing essential food and products and that no family in need stops having food on their table is our goal. To achieve this and help families and communities achieve a stable life and reduce the need for help in the future, we work on education programs focused on the civics and culture of our country.

In the United States we distribute donations of food and other items from corporate donors.

At an international level, we manage community development programs focused on the family and on reducing hunger. We are currently in 3 countries in Latin America.

We are open to all strategic alliances and support. because we know that our work would not be possible without collaborative relationships. We are looking for donors, partners, volunteers, leaders and communities to raise awareness and seek solutions to hunger and make it a thing of the past. This is something we can only do together.

Our Impact

Working with our partners, during this year 2020 North Bridge Foundation:

  • It has distributed approximately 5 million pounds of food and essential items benefiting more than 625,000 people affected by the Covid-19 emergency in the United States.
  • We have reached more than 125,000 families in the United States with essential household food distributions valued at $ 525,000.
  • We have benefited more than 250 families in the international communities where we work, providing food to more than 1,250 people with our “OLLA DE ESPERANZA” program

We empower families to become productive citizens in their communities through the benefits of education. We promote American culture and civic values in immigrant communities through the “AMERICA IS ONE” program.

Throughout the development of the Pandemic, our team of volunteers has been in charge of delivering drinking water, hygiene items and basic food to the most vulnerable communities.

Working with community leaders, supporting our neighbors and always together towards recovery.

We provide food to the neediest families during these times of global crisis, as well as training on the importance of a nutritious diet.

With proper nutrition, families can grow, develop, and prosper to their full potential.

We work with local organizations to ensure that families living in poverty receive much-needed supplies.

Poverty leads to hunger, but if we work together, we can create a world where no family is short of food at their table. “HELP ON THE WAY” program.
